How do you get the job?

Our recruitment process is tough and we make no apologies for that. We want the best and our process ensures that we find those individuals that have what it takes to become truly professional and successful salespeople. We do this by mimicking our sales process stage by stage.

  • Stage one – Send us your CV, easy right! Why? Cold outreach is the first stage and exposing yourself to potential rejection is vital for success in sales.

  • Stage two – Written questionnaire. Why? We want to see how you write and how you express yourself and we want to give you the opportunity to show us how curious you are about us.

  • Stage three – Send us a video. Why? In this role you will be presenting to blue chip companies and you have to demonstrate the ability and confidence to be able to do that (we’ll do the polishing you just have to provide the promise)

  • Stage four – Formal face to face interview/assessment. Why? Our Client Managers have visited our clients and prospects across the globe. That is why we would like to see how you can hold your own in a boardroom and close the deal when the pressure is on.

We pay a generous base salary and on top of that of course you’ll be rewarded financially for achieving sales targets, so we expect you to be motivated by earning potential. You’ll also be working for a highly respected organisation with a blue chip client base and excellent ongoing training. Once your initial training is complete you will progress into an Executive Sales role with an OTE cΒ£65k+. We understand that we have high expectations of our team and so we recognise that downtime is important, that’s why we finish at lunchtime on Fridays and receive up to 44 days holiday per year upon completion of probation.
